生态文明背景下深圳市青少年饮用水源保护科普研究

Research on the protection of drinking water sources for teenagers in Shenzhen

饮用水及其水源地的安全既关系人类的生存与发展,又是我国开展生态环境保护和生态文明建设的重要一环。然而,国内外水污染事件的频发表明:饮用水及其水源地安全的保护不仅需要国家的宏观政策和法律措施的支持,还需要增强公众对饮用水安全的保护意识。青少年作为我国生态环境建设的储备军,更需要积极关注、深入了解饮用水源的水质及其管理措施,为我国饮用水安全保护工作添砖加瓦。基于此,通过调查深圳市青少年饮用水源保护相关知识普及情况,分析了当地青少年对饮用水及其水源地的水质、保护区管理措施的关注程度,为增强饮用水源安全的公众监督打下坚实基础。研究结果表明:深圳市青少年对当地水质问题关注程度较高,但了解不深入;对饮用水及其水源保护区管理方面的关注度不高,不太了解饮用水源保护区管理和法律规范,政府及相关机构需加强对饮用水水质及水源保护区管理知识的普及力度,增强对相关政策管理活动及投诉违法行为方式的宣传力度。

The safety of drinking water and its source is not only related to human survival and development,but also an important part of ecological environment protection and ecological civilization construction.However,the frequent occurrence of water pollution incidents warns us:the protection not only requires the support of national macro policies and legal measures,but also needs to enhance the public's awareness.As the reserve army of our country's ecological environment construction,young people need to actively pay attention to the quality and management measures of drinking water sources.Based on this,the study investigated the popularization of knowledge about the protection for young people in Shenzhen,analyzed the degree of concern,so as to lay a solid foundation for enhancing public supervision of drinking water safety.The results of the study show that the young people in Shenzhen pay more attention to local water quality issues,but do not have a deep understanding and pay much attention to the management of drinking water protection areas.The government and related agencies need to strengthen the popularization of the knowledge of drinking water quality and the management of water source protection areas.
