常州开辟生态优先、绿色发展新路子的问题与对策--基于深度对接长江经济带发展战略的考察

Problems and countermeasures of opening up a new way of ecological priority and green development in Changzhou--Based on the depth of docking the development strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt

长江经济带、长三角一体化国家发展战略为常州的高质量发展带来了历史性机遇。针对目前常州在开拓生态优先、绿色发展新路子方面存在的问题,提出以推进基础设施建设,增加高铁线路,实现常州与周边重点城市的强强联合,构建“常宣沪一体化”生态经济圈,打造常州红色、生态旅游的“增强版”等为重点的相关对策。

The national development strategy of Yangtze River Economic Belt and Yangtze River Delta integration has brought historic opportunities for the high-quality development of Changzhou.In view of the current problems in Developing new ways of ecological priority and green development in Changzhou,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures,such as promoting infrastructure construction,increasing high-speed railway lines,realizing the strong alliance between Changzhou and neighboring key cities,constructing the“Changxuan-Hu Integration”ecological economic circle,and creating the“enhanced version”of changzhou red and ecological tourism.
