摘要
矿井通风是解决井下空气污染,降低井下温度,保障作业工况环境最有效的手段。针对沃溪坑口现有通风系统风量难以控制,无法实现按需通风的问题,采用iVent矿井通风系统平台,构建了沃溪坑口通风网络拓扑关系和网络解算模型。对沃溪坑口通风系统运行状态进行分析,结合矿井风机风量及阻力对整套系统进行诊断,并基于分析诊断结果对通风系统进行优化。研究结果为矿山改造现有通风设施和通风系统日常管理提供了数据支撑和理论依据。
Mine ventilation is the most effective means to solve underground air pollution,lower underground temperature and ensure comfortable working environment.In view of the situation that the air volume of the existing ventilation system in Woxi Pithead is difficult to control and the system can not realize on-demand ventilation,this paper used the iVent shaft ventilation system platform to build the topology relationship and network solution model of Woxi Pithead ventilation network.The paper analyzed the operation state of Woxi Pithead ventilation system,diagnosed the whole set of system according to the air volume state and resistance of mine fan,and optimized the ventilation system based on the analysis and diagnosis results.The research results provide data support and theoretical basis for the mine to improve and transform the existing ventilation facilities and daily management of the ventilation system.
