塔吉克斯坦某金矿堆浸工艺设计与生产实践

摘要 塔吉克斯坦某金矿地处海拔3500 m高山深处,矿区环境恶劣,冬季寒冷漫长,夏季昼夜温差大,无电力供应。针对此种工况,在堆浸工艺设计及生产实践中采取了多项技术措施,包括采用柴油发电机组、平行后退式分层筑堆、滴淋布液、土工布覆盖法保护HDPE膜、改变滴淋管在边坡的布置方式、选用高效阻垢剂、优化吸附系统管路设计、利用当地的最佳季节实施滴淋等,顺利完成了堆浸场的生产建设及运营,生产实践中金浸出率达到69.05%,浸出效果良好。 A gold mine,deep in the mountain at 3500 m elevation in Tajikistan,has harsh mining environment,long of winters,with great temperature gap of day and night and no power supply.According to the circumstances,many technical measures are adopted,such as use of diesel generator units,parallel retreat slicing construction of piles,solution layout of titration leaching,geotechnical cloth covering to protect HDPE film,change of titration leaching pipe layouts on the slope,use of highly efficient scale inhibitor,optimization of adsorption system pipe design,implementation of titration leaching in the locally best season,successfully completing the construction and operation of the heap leaching fields.The gold leaching rate reaches 69.05%in production practice,and the leaching effect is good.
