摘要
文章以实际工程为起点,着眼于现有工业互联网及自动控制技术,对供热站进行智能化改进,致力于无人值守供热站的实现。无人值守系统以网络串联各集散式分系统,确保顶层管理的统一调配和设备分散布局的灵活性,大大提升了供热系统的管理效率,降低了实施失当带来的安全风险和资源浪费。同时,设备监控网络化可实现在第一时间获取供热系统状态和故障信息,这在很大程度上提高了供热系统的稳定性以及供热服务的质量。
Taking the actual project as the starting point,focusing on the existing industrial internet and automatic control technology,this paper makes intelligent improvement on the heating station,and is committed to the realization of unattended heating station.The unattended system connect in series each distributed subsystem by network to ensure the unified allocation of top-level management and the flexibility of decentralized equipment layout,greatly improve the management efficiency of the heating system and reduce the safety risk and resource waste caused by improper implementation.Meanwhile,the equipment monitoring networking can realize that the status and fault information of the heating system are obtained at the first time,which greatly improves the stability of the heating system and the quality of heating service.
