摘要
介绍了第7届全国大学生物理实验竞赛综合研究性实验试题D的命题背景、实验内容和答案,并给出了学生参赛结果分析.综合研究性实验试题D为铁电材料的特性及其对半导体电阻的调控,试题围绕物理学研究热点“多铁性及其电场调控”进行设计.试题包含2部分内容:理解并测量铁电材料的电滞回线,研究铁电材料的剩余铁电极化对复合半导体薄膜材料电阻特性的调控.试题重点考察学生对研究背景与实验内容的理解,对实验仪器的操作,对实验结果的分析等综合能力.
The experiment background,content,answers and students’exam result analysis of the comprehensive test D of the 7th Chinese Undergraduate Physics Experiment Competition were introduced.The comprehensive test D,characteristics of ferroelectric materials and the modulation on resistance of semiconductor,was designed on multiferroicity and its electric field control.The test included two parts,understanding and measuring the hysteresis loop of ferroelectric materials,and investigating the resistance of composite semiconductor films under the remanent ferroelectric polarization field.The comprehensive test D focused on the students’comprehensive abilities such as learning the research background,operating the instruments and analyzing the experimental results.
