高灵敏度蝶翼式微加速度计抗跌落性能分析与试验

摘要 灵敏度与抗冲击性能相互矛盾。以低量程、高灵敏度蝶翼式微加速度计为对象,对其抗跌落性能进行了理论分析与试验研究。介绍了蝶翼式微加速度计的基本结构和工作原理,仿真分析了敏感结构在静态载荷作用下的应力,建立了跌落条件下敏感结构的动力学模型,并对其进行了静力与跌落冲击试验。理论分析与试验结果表明,跌落冲击中初速度是导致结构损坏的主要原因。 Sensitivity and impact resistance are contradictory.Taking low-range, high-sensitivity butterfly micro accelerometer as object, and theoretical analysis and test research on its anti-drop performance are carried out.The basic structure and working principle of the butterfly micro accelerometer are introduced.The stress of the sensitive structure under static load is simulated and analyzed, the dynamic model for the sensitive structure in drop condition is established, and the static force and drop impact tests are carried out.Theoretical analysis and test results show that the initial velocity in the drop impact is the main reason causes structural damage.
