Rapid Construction Technology of Excavation and Lining in 1000 m Mine Shaft

结合近年来在竖井施工复杂性、安全性等方面积累的实践经验,针对施工场地深处戈壁荒漠,环境恶劣的特点,对千米竖井掘砌施工方案做了优化。井筒施工中,连续7个月,井筒月掘砌超百米,创造了同类井型千米竖井快速施工全国纪录,安全、快速、高效地完成了施工任务。

Combined with the complexity,safety and other accumulated practice experiences of the mine shaft construction in the recent years,according to the features of the shaft construction site in the gobi desert and tough environment,an optimization was conducted on the excavation and lining construction plan of the mine shaft with a depth over 1000 m.In the construction of the mine shaft,within the continued seven months,the month excavation and lining rate of the mine shaft was over 100 meters in depth and set up the national rapid construction records of the 1000 m depth mine shaft in the similar mine shafts.Thus the mine shaft construction task was safely,rapidly and high efficiently completed.
