沿空留巷卸压与应力引导防治底鼓技术 被引量:3

摘要 针对沿空留巷底板变形严重挖底控制后仍难以长期维持的问题,以集团下属矿3号煤层沿空巷道为工程背景,通过理论分析方法,对沿空留巷底鼓力学破坏机理进行归纳分类,提出巷内应力引导,巷旁卸压的控制原理。结果表明,在实体煤帮、巷内应力引导支护及巷旁充填体协调作用下,将支承应力引导传递向卸压槽和采空区底板,降低巷内底板卸压风险,疏导顶底板支承应力,降低实体煤帮和巷旁充填体的应力集中程度,减少支承应力对底板破坏,降低底鼓量。研究成果在集团下属矿区进行推广应用,对类似条件沿空巷道底鼓控制具有一定的理论意义和参考价值。 In view of the serious floor deformation of gob-side entry retaining,it was still difficult to maintain for a long time after floor excavation control.Taking the gob side entry retaining of 3#Coal Seam in Hexi mine as the engineering background,the mechanical failure mechanism of floor heave in gob side entry retaining was summarized and classified by theoretical analysis method,and the control principle of stress guidance in the entry and pressure relief beside the entry was put forward.The results showed that:under the coordinated action of solid coal rib,stress guiding support in roadway and filling body beside roadway,the supporting stress was transferred to the pressure relief groove and gob floor,so as to reduce the pressure relief risk of roadway floor,dredge the supporting stress of roof and floor,reduced the stress concentration of solid coal wall and filling body beside roadway,reduced the damage of supporting stress to floor,and reduced the floor heave.The application of the research results in Hexi mine has certain theoretical significance and reference value for floor heave control of gob side entry retaining under similar conditions.
