摘要
香格里拉经济开发区地热井在上部井段的施工过程中钻遇断层构造,井内多段发生掉块塌孔、大量涌砂、涌水等复杂地质情况,下部井段又遇松软大倾角岩层,给该井的钻探施工带来很大困难。基于该地热井遇到的复杂地质条件,为顺利完成工程,同时解决类似工程施工难题,展开对香格里拉地区复杂地质条件下地热钻探工艺及方法的研究。通过对施工区内的地质条件了解及分析,结合实际钻探揭露地层,在施工中选用多种钻探工艺方法,相互验证,对比成效,总结施工经验,完成香格里拉地区复杂地质条件下地热钻探工艺及方法研究,为以后类似复杂地质条件下地热钻探提供了借鉴。
Fault power structure was encountered in the drilling construction process in upper section of geothermal well in Shangri-la economic development region.In several sections of the well,complex geological circumstances were encountered including block falling hole collapse and a large amount of sand and water inflow,and soft rock stratum with large dip angle was encountered in lower section of well,which brought great difficulty to the drilling construction.Based on complex geological conditions encountered by this geothermal well,the study was implemented on technique and method of geothermal drilling under the complex geological conditions in Shangri-la region in order to complete construction successfully and solve problems of similar projects.By acquaintance and analysis of geological conditions in construction area,combined with strata practically revealed by drilling,various drilling techniques and methods were adopted,comparisons of each effect were made to summarize construction experience,and the study was completed on technique and method of geothermal drilling under the complex geological conditions in Shangri-la region.The study provided reference for geothermal drilling under the similarly complex geological conditions.
