摘要
钱家营矿2875西工作面预计回采正常涌水量2.37m^(3)/min,最大涌水量3.55m^(3)/min。运道出现5处洼点,不能实现自然排水,需超前制定专项防排水设计并保证落实。利用物探、钻探相结合的综合探测、超前疏放水措施,配合科学有效的防排水系统,防治煤矿水害的优势显著。音频电透视、槽波地震等综合物探技术和泄水巷、挡水墙、清淤溜子、沉淀池组合应用,可有效防止陷落柱、含水层等含水体突水事故,达到水、煤分离的目的,减轻采区沉淀池清淤压力,实现工作面安全生产。
It was estimated that the normal water inflow was 2.37m^(3)/min and the maximum water inflow was 3.55m^(3)/min in No.2875 west working face of Qianjiaying mine.There were five low points on the transport road,which made natural drainage unable to achieve.Special waterproof and drainage design should be formulated in advance and implemented certainly.It had significant advantage in water damage prevention and control that comprehensive detection combining geophysical and drilling exploration and advanced drainage measures were utilized,associated with scientific and effective waterproof and drainage system.The combined application of drainage roadway、retention wall、dredging belt conveyer、sedimentation tank and comprehensive geophysical exploration technologies including audio frequency electric perspective and seam seismic,could effectively prevent water-contained sudden water accidents including collapse column and aquifer,achieve separation of water and coal,lighten dredging pressure of sedimentation tank in mining area,and realize safety mining of working face.
