摘要
带式输送机的张紧装置是大型输送机的重要组成部分,其性能的好坏直接关系到带式输送机的安全运行和使用寿命。以DSJ80/40/40型带式输送机为例,设计了为输送机正常运行提供必要张力的液压自动张紧装置和电气控制方案,建立了多点驱动带式输送机张紧装置在不同工况下的数学模型,并利用MATLAB/SIMULINK软件对不同工况下的不同系统进行张紧仿真。结果表明,该张紧装置可以解决大型输送机在不同工况下输送带滞后动载响应和功率不平衡等关键问题。在降低胶带使用强度的同时,提高了胶带机的工作效率。
The tensioning device of belt conveyor is an important part of large conveyor,and its performance is directly related to the safe operation and service life of belt conveyor.Taking DSJ80/40/40 belt conveyor as an example,the hydraulic automatic tension device and electrical control scheme are designed to provide necessary tension for the normal operation of the conveyor.The mathematical model of the tension device of the multi-point drive belt conveyor under different working conditions is established,and the tension simulation of different systems under different working conditions is carried out by MATLAB/SIMULINK software.The results show that the tensioning device can solve the key problems of large conveyor belt lag dynamic load response and power imbalance under different working conditions.The working efficiency of the belt conveyor is improved while reducing the use intensity of the belt.
