摘要
为提高空压机能量利用率及解决空冷式空压机在夏季冷却效果不佳的问题,以段王矿为例,设计了空压机余热回收利用系统。通过余热回收利用系统,将空压机余热回收制取洗浴热水,提高了空压机能量利用率的同时达到了空压机冷却降温的目的。经济性分析表明,该项目静态投资回收期为1.05 a,经济效益显著。
In order to improve the energy utilization rate of air compressor and solve the problem of poor cooling effect of air-cooled air compressor in summer,taking Duanwang Mine as an example,a heat recovery and utilization system of air compressor is designed.Through the heat recovery and utilization system,the air compressor is recovered to produce bath hot water,which improves the energy utilization rate of the air compressor and achieves the purpose of cooling the air compressor.Economic analysis shows that the static investment recovery period of the project is 1.05 a,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
