摘要
为去除德国BGL气化炉工艺气中大量炭黑、焦油等杂质,反应更多的有效气组分,介绍了一种有效脱除和吸收工艺气中的氧、焦油和粉尘等杂质和毒物的新型吸附剂和一种有效适应高效组分、耐油效果明显、且不需硫化的新型预硫化变换催化剂。该催化剂仅需将床层温度提高至催化剂要求温度即可进行导气,节约了开车成本,且活性和稳定性良好。结果证明:新型吸附剂和催化剂在BGL气化工艺下的运行状况良好。
In order to remove a large number of impurities such as carbon black and tar in the process gas of German BGL gasifier,more effective gas components are reacted,a new adsorbent which can effectively remove and absorb impurities and poisons such as oxygen,tar and dust in process gas and a new pre vulcanization shift catalyst which can effectively adapt to high efficiency components,has obvious oil resistance effect and does not need vulcanization were introduced.The catalyst can conduct gas only by raising the bed temperature to the required temperature of the catalyst,which saves the start-up cost,and has good activity and stability.The results show that the new adsorbent and catalyst are running well in BGL gasification process.
