机械设计加工中的几何公差与互换性探究

摘要 近年来,随着我国经济的快速发展,机械制造业也搭上改革开放的春风,积极寻求与全球顶尖技术的企业合作,不断实现自我价值与能力的突破。在实际机械零部件的设计加工中,为了确保生产出来的零部件的产品性能及尺寸精度,通常会在前期设计过程通过几何公差的定义确定后续加工生产过程中零部件的使用性能及其互换性。本文会对在机械设计过程中零部件的几何公差如何进行定义及后续互换性的相关方面进行简单的阐述,供大家参考。 In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the machinery manufacturing industry has also caught the spring breeze of reform and opening up,actively seeking cooperation with global top technology enterprises,and constantly realizing breakthrough of self-value and ability.In the design and processing of actual mechanical parts,in order to ensure the product performance and dimensional accuracy of the produced parts,the service performance and interchangeability of the parts in the subsequent processing and production process are usually determined through the definition of geometric tolerance in the early design process.This paper will briefly explain how to define the geometric tolerance of parts in the process of mechanical design and the related aspects of subsequent interchangeability for your reference.
