基于熵权TOPSIS的中国省域低碳经济发展能力测度

摘要 基于PSR模型构建中国省域低碳经济发展能力评价指标体系,利用熵权TOPSIS和空间自相关分析方法对2004年、2010年、2016年的研究区域进行了时间、空间上的综合分析。研究发现:中国低碳经济发展能力水平在不断被提升,省域之间的差距也正在不断缩小,省域间具有显著的空间差异,呈从东到西由强到弱,局部地区存在跳跃的格局。排名上,广东省一直占据榜首的位置,以浙江、上海为代表东部沿海地区和以青海、甘肃为代表的西部地区一直处于发展的前列和后列。省域间低碳经济发展能力存在空间正相关关系。 Based on the PSR model,the evaluation index system of China's provincial low-carbon economic development capacity was constructed,it makes a comprehensive temporal and spatial analysis of the study area from 2004 to 2010 to 2016 by using entropy TOPSIS and spatial autocorrelation analysis methods.The study found that China's low-carbon economic development capability is constantly improving,and the gap between provinces is also constantly shrinking.There are significant spatial differences between provinces,showing a pattern of jumping from east to west,from strong to weak,and in some areas.In terms of rankings,Guangdong Province has always occupied the top position.The eastern coastal areas represented by Zhejiang and Shanghai and the western regions represented by Qinghai and Gansu have always been at the forefront and back of development.There is a positive spatial correlation between provinces'low-carbon economic development capabilities.
