随着社会的发展,人们对于档案文化建设的重要性也有很深的理解,档案与人们的生活和学习等都有紧密的联系,档案文化建设是社会主义发展的重要内容。目前,我国的档案文化建设仍处于初期阶段,需要制定科学的发展目标,档案行业及从业人员需要担负更好的责任,明确文化建设的方向,转变自身的理念,推动我国档案文化的建设。本文主要对档案文化建设现状及加强档案文化建设的途径进行研究。

With the development of society,people have a deep understanding of the importance of archival culture construction.Archives are closely related to people's life and study.Archival culture construction is an important content of socialist development.At present,China's archival culture construction is still in the early stage.It is necessary to formulate scientific development goals.The archival industry and employees need to take better responsibilities,clarify the direction of cultural construction,change their own ideas and promote the construction of archival culture in China.This paper mainly studies the current situation of archives culture construction and the ways to strengthen archives culture construction.
