摘要
针对大多数电动汽车的整车控制器和电池管理系统各自独立、存在部件冗余的问题,将传统的分立式控制结构集成在1个控制器中进行研究。基于MPC5775B主控芯片设计了集成控制器,阐述了其硬件组成及各功能模块电路设计。对比结果表明:集成后的控制器节约了成本、降低了质量,并提高了系统的实时性。
The vehicle control unit and battery management system of the most electric vehicle are independent components,and has the problem of redundancy.The traditional discrete control structure integrated in one controller was studied.Based on MPC5775B main control chip,an integrated controller was designed.The hardware composition of the controller and the circuit design of each functional module were described in detail.The follow-up comparison results show that the integrated controller saves the cost,reduces the weight,and improves the real-time performance of the system.
