摘要
混合所有制办学是职业教育高质量发展的新创举。无论从顶层设计到具体实施,还是从单一主体办学到多主体办学,都需要秉承职业教育规律和特点,针对混合所有制办学中产生的核心问题进行深刻剖析,采取更有效推进措施,破解混合所有制办学现实困境,进而在循序渐进的混合所有制办学实践进程中逐步论证,取得更具实际意义的人才培养效果。
Mixed ownership school running is a new innovation in the high-quality development of vocational education.It is necessary to uphold the laws and characteristics of vocational education from top-level design to concrete implementation,or from single-subject school running to multi-subject school running.This paper makes a profound analysis of the core problems in running a school under mixed ownership,adopts more effective measures to solve the practical difficulties,and then demonstrates these measures gradually in the process of running a school,so as to achieve more practical effects of talent training.
