高职教师队伍建设与党建工作深度融合的探究

Integration of Teacher Team Construction and Party Building in Higher Vocational Colleges

新时期为实现高职教育现代化发展目标,高校需提升对党建工作与教师队伍建设的重视度,正确审视二者深度融合现状,将提升教师队伍思想政治素养、职业道德水平作为核心任务。为实现这一任务,提出以下几点策略,即坚持党建政治引领,明确队伍建设目标、坚持党建组织引领,培养教师队伍带头人、坚持党建机制引领,加强师德师风建设、坚持党建能力引领,以期推动教师队伍建设专业化、职业化发展。

In order to realize the goal of the modernization development of higher vocational education,colleges and universities should pay more attention to Party building and the teaching staff construction,correctly examine the present situation of the deep integration of the two,and regard the promotion of the ideological and political accomplishment and the professional moral level of the teaching staff as the core task.To realize this task,the following strategies are put forward,namely,adhering to the political leadership of the Party building and defining the objectives of team building,adhering to the organization leadership of the Party building and training teacher leaders,adhering to the mechanism leadership of the Party building and strengthening the construction of the teachers'morality and style,and adhering to the capacity leadership of the Party building and promoting the specialization and professionalization of the teaching staff construction.
