摘要 “微思政”育人模式是高校思政教育的守正创新。实践中我们开展理论和实践层面的目标研究,在调研的基础上开展“微思政”可能性与必要性分析;完善高职“微思政”的“三四五六”设计,优化“六力”核心主题,强调“三化”环节;通过“线上+线下、课内+课外、过程+结果、理论+实践”达到高职思政教育引领力与影响力的增强、主动性与创造性的强化,提升高职思政教育的价值与效能。“微思政”开展要党建引领,明确大学生马克思主义信仰领航目标;整合资源,充分发挥优势,形成教育合力;运行机制,完善科学长效的制度管理和队伍建设。 The"micro ideological and political"education model is inheritance and innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.In practice,we conduct theoretical and practical target research.We carry out the possibility and necessity analysis of"micro ideological political education"on the basis of research,improve the design of"three,four,five and six",optimize the core theme of"six forces",and emphasize"three modernizations".Through"online+offline,in class+after class,process+results,and theory+practice",the leadership and influence of higher vocational education are enhanced,the initiative and creativity are strengthened,and the value and effectiveness of higher vocational education are enhanced.The"micro ideological and political"education should be guided by the Party building,and define the guiding goal of college students'Marxist belief;integrate resources,give full play to advantages,and form educational synergy;and perfect scientific and long-term system management and team building.
