班集体是大学生健康成长的重要组织载体,特别是在国家振兴高职教育的背景下,如何建设一支优秀的班集体成了当代高职教育值得探讨的问题。通过分析高职教育中班集体建设的必要性以及存在的问题,从精神文明建设、管理制度和舆论建设三个方面探索高职院校优秀班集体建设的方法。

The class is an important organization carrier for the healthy growth of college students.Especially in the context of revitalizing higher vocational education,how to build an excellent class has become a problem worthy of discussion for contemporary higher vocational education.By analyzing the necessity and existing problems of the class construction in higher vocational education,it explores the methods of constructing excellent classes in higher vocational colleges from three aspects:spiritual civilization construction,management system and public opinion construction.
