近年来,跨境网络赌博犯罪高发,严重危害我国经济安全和公民的财产安全,损害我国国家形象,亟需加大力度打击整治。分析犯罪特征是感知犯罪的重要方式,也是打击犯罪的重要手段。利用中国裁判文书网数据,通过文本筛选和数据整理,进行关键字段提取,分析犯罪发展态势、地域分布特征、主体特征和犯罪形式特征,归纳打击难点,在此基础上有针对性地提出加大宣传、预警防控、源头治理和国际协作的打击对策。

In recent years,cross-border online gambling crimes have occurred frequently,seriously endangering China’s economic security and citizens’property security,and damaging China’s national image.Therefore,it is urgent to intensify crackdowns and rectifications.Analyzing the characteristics of crime is an important way to perceive crime,and also an important means to combat crime.Use the data from China Judgments Online to extract key fields through text screening and data sorting,analyze the crime development trend,geographical distribution characteristics,subject characteristics and criminal form characteristics,summarize the difficulties in combating,and on this basis,propose countermeasures of increasing propaganda,early warning for prevention and control,source governance and international cooperation.
