摘要
水利工程建设是我国社会经济发展的核心项目。如何利用现代化信息技术对水利工程进行科学管理,是当前水利工程部门关注的焦点。因此,本文在突破传统水利工程项目管理模式限制的基础上,针对现代化水利管理需求,从系统设计需求入手明确相应的功能模块,并利用云计算等信息技术为水利工程项目管理提供技术保障,由此明确系统应用的功能价值。
As the core project of social and economic development in China,how to use modern information technology to scientifically manage water conservancy projects is the focus of the current water conservancy engineering departments.Therefore,on the basis of breaking through the limitation of the traditional water conservancy project management mode,for the needs of modern water conservancy management,the paper clarifies the corresponding functional modules from the system design needs,and uses the information technology such as cloud computing to provide technical guarantee for the water conservancy project management,thus clarifying the functional value of the system application.
