是非矩阵(Is-Is Not Matrix)方法简易,通过对比已知的现象来查找根本原因,是一种针对问题分析和解决的有效方法,也是在汽车行业已较为广泛的应用质量工具,作为一种通用性的问题解决方法,其应用不受行业的限制。文章提出了一种新的是非矩阵扩展形式,创造性地通过5W2H坐标图来阐述如何更有效地描述问题,同时梳理了是非矩阵应用中的难点并给出一些对策性建议。

The Is-Is Not Matrix method is simple.It is an effective method to analyze and solve problems by comparing known phenomena to find the root causes.It is also a widely used quality tool in the automotive industry.As a universal problem solving method,it’s application is not limited by the industry.This paper puts forward a new extension form of Is-Is Not Matrix,creatively expounds how to describe the problem more effectively through 5 W2 H coordinate diagram,combs the difficulties in the application of Is-Is Not Matrix,and gives some countermeasures recommendations.
