高校参与社区社会治理之心理服务研究

高校参与社区心理服务是在社会治理思想指引下,以社区居民心理服务需求为核心,充分利用高校资源,形成共建、共治、共享的社区氛围。研究基于对高校参与社区心理服务必要性的分析、社区居民心理服务需求的调查,最后构建出1+2+X高校参与社区心理服务模式。1是一个中心,即高校社区心理服务中心,包含人才队伍建设、社区心理服务的课程体系建设、社区心理服务课程包的建设;2是两条路径,线上+线下;X是1社区1特色,即根据社区人群特点,量身定制社区心理服务内容,以此为高校参与社区心理服务提供参考。

Under the guidance of the thought of social governance,universities participate in psychological service,taking the psychological service demand of community residents as the core,making full use of the resources of college or university,andforming community atmosphere of co-construction,co-governance and sharing.Based on the analysis of the necessity of university participating in community psychological service and the investigation on psychological service demand of community residents,this study constructs the model of 1+2+x on the community psychological service.1 is a center,namely the center of university community psychological service,including the Construction of talent team,the construction of curriculum system,the construction of curriculum package on the community psychological service;2 is two paths,on-line+off-line;X is The characteristics of each community,namely according to the characteristic of Community residents,Provide Specialized Services.The Model of 1+2+X can provide reference for colleges or universities to participate in community psychological service.
