Under the environment of integrated development,academic journals are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.The application of new technology has brought a lot of convenience to the construction of academic journals,but it also brings deep ethical problems to publishing activities at the levels of content,technology and channel.The construction of periodical publishing ethics is complex,such as the impact of the loss of humanistic spirit on the quality construction of academic journals,the impact of technological change on the transformation and development of journals,and the value orientation of utilitarian publishing.In the era of integrated publishing,the participation of the whole social academic community,including the journal community,academia,social organizations,the government and the public,is needed to find out the fundamental scheme for the high-quality development of academic journals through good interaction and joint efforts.
