半腱肌转位术治疗陈旧膝关节内侧副韧带断裂

Semitendinosus transposition surgery in the treatment of old medial collateral ligament rupture of knee joint

目的探讨半腱肌转位术治疗陈旧膝关节内侧副韧带断裂的疗效。方法采用半腱肌转位术治疗22例陈旧膝关节内侧副韧带断裂患者。根据Lysholm膝关节量表评定疗效。结果患者均获得12个月随访。手术切口均一期愈合。术后12个月根据Lysholm膝关节量表评定膝关节功能:优16例,良5例,可1例,优良率21/22。结论半腱肌转位术治疗陈旧膝关节内侧副韧带断裂疗效确切,具有操作简单、创伤小、患者恢复快等优点。

Objective To investigate the effect of semitendinosus transposition in the treatment of old medical collateral ligament rupture of knee joint.Methods The 22 patients with old medial collateral ligament rupture of knee joint were treated with semitendinosus transposition.The efficacy was assessed according to the Lysholm knee scale.Results All cases were followed up for 12 months.The surgical incisions were healed in one-stage.At 12 months postoperation,according to the Lysholm knee scale,the knee joint function was excellent in 16 cases,good 5 cases,and fair 1,with the excellent-good rate of 21/22.Conclusions Semitendinosus transposition surgery has definite effect in the treatment of old medial collateral ligament rupture of knee joint,which has the advantages of simple operation,less trauma,and fast recovery.
