Summary of Research Thoughts on Open Space Design Strategy of Historic Districts in Urban Renewal

城市化进程不断加快,我国经济结构逐步趋于变更,社会正处于过渡变革关键时期,虽然城市居民生活水平持续性提升,但城市面临环境、交通、管理等多方矛盾冲突,如何高效化处理此类问题,促进城市可持续发展,是现下城市更新需考量的重点。本文主要从城市更新视角下,对我国传统历史街区开放空间特征及价值,逐步延伸至我国历史街区开放空间设计原则及方法层面进行研究分析,以此为相同项目设计提供导向。

The process of urbanization is accelerating,and China’s economic structure is gradually changing.The society is in a critical period of transitional reform.Although the living standards of urban residents continuously improve,cities are facing multiple conflicts in the environment,transportation,and management.How to deal with this problem efficiently and promote the sustainable urban development is the focus of current urban renewal.From the perspective of urban renewal,this article analyzes the characteristics and value of open space in traditional historic districts in China,and subsequently analyzes the principles and methods of open space design in historic districts in China,in order to provide guidance for the design of the same projects.
