摘要
在我国监理的服务范围相对工程项目管理来说,监理服务范围相对较小,从概念到服务范围和职责上来看,我国监理工作仍处于某一个阶段的服务,其涉及的服务阶段主要是在项目的实施施工阶段。而工程项目管理则不同,它是系统性的管理工作,工程项目管理的职能主要体现在以下几个环节:设计、采购、施工、交付等,工程项目管理是以“质量安全、工期、投资决算”控制为目标,是一种创新的管理模式。
Compared with engineering project management,the scope of supervision services is relatively small.From the perspective of concept to service scope and responsibilities,the supervision work in China is still in a certain stage of service,and the service stage involved is mainly in the project implementation and construction phase.While the engineering project management is different.It is a systematic management work.The functions of engineering project management are mainly reflected in the following links:design,procurement,construction,delivery,etc.The engineering project management is based on the goal of“quality safety,construction period,investment final accounts”control and is an innovative management model.
