摘要
在高速铁路大规模建设背景下,新建高铁与既有车站的联络线或动车走行线,往往采用单线箱梁形式跨越或下穿既有高铁线路。为保证净空要求,坡道设计越来越大,甚至达到了30‰,研究单线箱梁大坡道架梁技术势在必行。本文基于JQ550型架桥机,研究在±30‰坡道上架梁施工的技术,能够对今后铁路大坡道单线箱梁架设提供指导,降低大坡道架梁施工风险和施工难度,减少施工成本,具有重要的经济社会意义。
In the context of the large-scale construction of high-speed railways,connecting lines or moving trains between newly-built high-speed railways and existing stations often use single-track box girder to cross or underpass the existing high-speed railway lines.In order to ensure the clearance requirements,the ramp design is getting bigger,even reaching 30‰,it is imperative to study the technology of single-track box girder and large ramp.Based on the JQ550 bridge erecting machine,this article studies the technology of bridge erecting construction on±30‰ramps,which can provide guidance for the bridge erection of single-track box girder on large ramps in the future,reduce the construction risk and difficulty of bridge erection on large ramps,and reduce construction costs,which has important economic and social significance.
