空心海胆状MnO_(2)比色法测定对苯二酚 被引量:1

摘要 通过简便的水热法,成功地制备出了空心海胆状二氧化锰(MnO_(2))微球。MnO_(2)具有优异的模拟酶特性,能够高效地催化氧化3,3′,5,5′-四甲基联苯胺(TMB),使其变为蓝色的氧化型四甲基联苯胺(oxTMB),而对苯二酚(HQ)的加入会导致oxTMB减少,并导致反应体系吸光度的减小以及明显的蓝色褪色,据此建立了测定对苯二酚的比色法。结果表明,在最佳条件(温度为35℃,pH 4,MnO_(2)浓度为115μmol/L,反应时间为5 min)下,对苯二酚在5~30μmol/L范围内呈良好线性关系,R2=0.997。 Hollow sea urchin-shaped manganese dioxide(MnO_(2))microspheres were successfully prepared by a simple hydrothermal method.MnO_(2) possesses excellent mimic enzyme properties,which can efficiently catalyze the oxidation of 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)and turn it into blue oxidized tetramethylbenzidine(oxTMB).The addition of hydroquinone(HQ)led to the decrease of oxTMB,the decrease of absorbance and the obvious blue fading of the reaction system.Based on this,a colorimetric method for the determination of hydroquinone was established.The results indicate that under the optimal conditions(T=35℃,pH 4,c(MnO_(2))=115μmol/L,t=5 min),hydroquinone can exhibit a good linear relationship in the range of 5~30μmol/L,R2=0.997.
