摘要
青藏地区特殊的地理气候环境对屋面防水涂层的使用年限、建造成本、维修间隔时间具有较大影响,屋面防水工程经济性分析是防水方案选择的重要一步。在技术性能符合要求的前提下,基于建筑的全寿命周期视角,以年费用值为主要经济指标,构建适用于高原地区屋面防水方案的经济成本分析模型,对市场上常见的6种防水涂料进行成本对比分析。结果表明,聚氨酯防水涂料年费用值最低,经济效果最好,在高原高寒地区广泛应用具有较高的经济价值。
The special geographical and climatic environment in Tibet area has great influence on the service life,construction cost and maintenance interval of roofing waterproof coating,economic analysis of roofing waterproofing is an important step in the selection of waterproofing schemes.Based on the life cycle of the building and taking the annual cost as the main economic index,an economic cost analysis model for the roof waterproofing scheme in Plateau area is established on the premise that the technical performance meets the requirements,the cost comparison analysis of 6 common waterproof coatings on the market is carried out.The results show that the cost of polyurethane waterproof coating is the lowest and the economic effect is the best.It is of high economic value to be widely used in high altitude and cold area.
