摘要
小型直流电机在汽车、智能家居等生产和生活中都等到广泛应用,为了减小小型直流电机在工作中产生的机械噪声,可以把小型直流电机作为研究对象,分析电机振动噪声的来源,借助于ANSYS的压电模块,用压电阻抗的方法,对小型直流电机的定子﹑转子进行了建模与仿真,确定了定子和转子的3个共振频带,完成了模拟实验。研究表明,通过改变定子的厚度、材料等参数能改变其固有频率、错开定子与转子的共振频带。本方法的研究为压电阻抗技术用于小型直流电机的降噪处理奠定了理论基础。
Small DC motors are widely used in the production and life of automobiles and smart homes,etc.In order to reduce the mechanical noise generated by small DC motors in operation,they can be taken as the research object to analyze the source of motor vibration and noise.With the help of piezoelectric module of ANSYS and piezoelectric impedance method,the stator and rotor of a small DC motor were modeled and simulated,the three resonance frequency bands of stator and rotor were determined,and the simulation experiment was completed.The research shows that the natural frequency can be changed and the resonance frequency bands of stator and rotor can be staggered by changing the thickness,material and other parameters of stator.The research of this method lays a theoretical foundation for the noise reduction of small DC motors by piezoelectric impedance technology.
