四川省农村人居环境发展水平综合评价及时空分异特征研究

Study on Comprehensive Evaluation and Improvement Strategies of Rural Human Settlement Environment Development Level in Sichuan Province

持续改善农村人居环境是实施乡村振兴的重要内容。本研究主要从自然生态环境、社会经济环境、居住支持环境三个维度共20项指标构建四川省农村人居环境发展水平综合评价体系,采用熵值法对2009年-2019年四川省农村人居环境发展各项指标赋权并进行加权综合评价,分析近十年来四川省农村人居环境时序变化趋势和空间演变特征;2009年-2019年四川省农村人居环境发展整体向好,自然生态环境曲折发展、社会经济环境持续改善、居住支持环境稳步提升,但三维度发展协调度有待提高;各区域、市(州)发展差异明显,高山高原区域发展较为落后;针对上述问题提出了改善建议。

The rural human settlement environment is a complex,multi-layered composite system,and it is an important part of the implementation of rural construction activities.This study mainly constructs a comprehensive evaluation system for the development level of Sichuan's rural human settlement environment from the three dimensions of natural ecological environment,socioeconomic environment,and residential support environment.It uses entropy method to evaluate the rural human settlement environment in Sichuan Province from 2009 to 2019.It develops various indicators and carries out weighted comprehensive evaluation to analyze the temporal change trend and spatial evolution characteristics of the rural human settlement environment in Sichuan Province in the past ten years.The overall development of the rural human settlement environment in Sichuan Province from 2009 to 2019 is improving.The natural ecological environment develops tortuously and the socioeconomic environment has continued to improve.The residential support environment has steadily improved.However,the three-dimensional development coordination needs to be improved.The development of various regions,cities(autonomy prefectures)has obvious differences,and the development of high mountains and plateaus is relatively backward.
