摘要
为充分利用二次资源,对氧化铜酸浸渣进行研究。原矿性质研究表明:酸浸渣中铜品位为0.24%,酸浸渣由于已经被酸腐蚀,主要以金属硫化物为主,比较常见黄铜矿、黄铁矿等;金属氧化矿物大部分被破坏,仅剩部分褐铁矿和硅孔雀石、孔雀石。当磨矿细度-74μm含量占80%,采用优先选别硫化铜,浮选尾矿再加入活化剂、长碳链捕收剂、起泡剂进行回收氧化铜,最终可获得铜品位为18.12%,铜回收率为86.25%的铜精矿,实现了二次资源综合回收,为酸浸渣工业化生产提供技术依据。
In order to make full use of the secondary resources,the acid leaching residue of copper oxide was studied.The study of raw ore properties shows that the copper grade in the acid leaching residue is 0.24%.Because the acid leaching residue has been corroded by acid,it is mainly composed of metal sulfide,chalcopyrite,pyrite and so on.Most of the metal oxide minerals were destroyed,leaving only some limonite,silicon malachite and malachite.When the grinding fineness of-74μm accounted for 80%,copper oxide was recovered by priority separation of copper sulfide and flotation tailings were added with activator,long carbon chain collector and foaming agent.Finally,copper concentrate with copper grade of 18.12%and copper recovery of 86.25%was obtained,which realized the comprehensive recovery of secondary resources and provided a technical basis for the industrial production of acid leaching slag.
