摘要
尾矿库所在流域属微小流域,由多库调洪蓄洪完全可以实现尾矿库零排放。尾矿库流域洪水通过分区域计算,将库外洪水通过拦洪坝及截洪廊道截洪外排实现完全不入库,库内洪水由尾矿库及调蓄库多库调蓄洪即可实现尾矿库水排放。
The basin where the tailings pond is located is a small basin,and the zero discharge of tailings pond can be realized by flood regulation and storage of multiple reservoirs.The flood of tailing pond basin is calculated by regions,and the flood outside the pond is intercepted and discharged through the flood retaining dam and flood intercepting gallery,so as to realize zero discharge of tailing pond.
