摘要
针对含砷、锑成分高的难处理金精矿冶炼过程中废气污染源的产生情况,结合冶炼工艺过程,对焙烧收砷包装粉尘、焙烧烟气经制酸后的尾气、氯化提金干燥废气、物料转运及造粒粉尘、氯化提金焙烧烟气等废气源,通过采用源头减量、过程控制、末端治理、资源化利用相结合的治理措施,提高项目的污染防治水平。
In view of the situation of waste gas pollution sources in the smelting process of refractory gold concentrate containing high arsenic and antimony,combined with the smelting process,the waste gas sources of roasting and collecting arsenic packing dust,roasting flue gas after acid making,chlorination gold extraction drying exhaust gas,material transport and granulation dust,chlorination gold extraction roasting flue gas and so on were investigated.The pollution prevention and control level of the project will be improved through the combination of source reduction,process control,terminal treatment and resource utilization.
