摘要 介绍“通用燃烧优化控制技术(BCS)”在多种煤气掺烧的球团竖炉控制上的应用。针对球团竖炉焙烧过程的工艺和相关技术要求,以及现场多变的煤气压力、热值和煤气种类,提出基于球团竖炉掺烧多种煤气的BCS优化控制方法。采用智能工况诊断模型,智能预警报警模型以及最佳空燃比技术,实现了从管理到控制的优化,实现了高效、稳定、经济的竖炉生产过程。 This paper introduces the application of"Common Combustion Optimization Control Technology(BCS)"in the control of pellet shaft furnaces with various types of gas blending.Aiming at the process and related technical requirements of the pellet shaft furnace firing process,as well as the variable gas pressure,calorific value and gas type of the site,a BCS optimized control method based on pellet shaft furnace mixed with various gases is proposed.The intelligent working condition diagnosis model,intelligent early warning and alarm model,and the best air-fuel ratio technology are used to achieve optimization from management to control,and to achieve an efficient,stable,and economical shaft furnace production process.
