摘要
通过光学显微镜、能谱仪等分析了Φ12.5 mm 82B盘条笔尖状断口形成的原因和断裂机理。结果表明:盘条芯部的C、Mn元素偏析是产生笔尖状断口的主要原因。通过优化过程控制参数,可将钢丝的C偏析系数由原来的1.35下降至1.09,Mn偏析系数由原来的1.30下降至1.08,笔尖状断口出现几率也随之降低。
The cause and mechanism of pen-tip shaped ofΦ12.5 mm wire rod 82B were analyzed by optical microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer.The results show that the carbon and the manganese segregation is the main causes of the fracture.By optimizing process control parameters,the carbon segregation index decreases from 1.35 to 1.09,and the manganese segregation index decreases from 1.30 to 1.08,and the rate of pen-tip shaped fracture further decreases.
