摘要
以活性炭为吸附剂,采用重铬酸钾配制Cr(VI)浓度为10.0 mg/L模拟废水,以碳化法对活性炭进行改性,通过调整碳化时的炭化温度和炭化时间对活性炭进行改性,得出活性炭的最佳炭化条件。并通过调节吸附反应过程中的条件(不同的碳化活性炭的投加量、pH值和吸附反应时间),来研究改性炭化活性炭对废水中六价铬的最佳去除条件。实验结果表明:600℃炭化2.0 h为活性炭的最佳改性条件;当改性炭化活性炭的投加量为3.5 g、pH值为2、吸附反应时间为2.5 h时,改性炭化活性炭对模拟废水中Cr(VI)的去除效果最好,其去除效率可达到98.0%。
In this paper, activated carbon was used as the adsorbent, and the simulated wastewater with Cr(Ⅵ) concentration of 10.0 mg/L was prepared by using potassium dichromate. The activated carbon was modified by carbonization method, and the best carbonization condition for activated carbon was modified by adjusting the carbonization temperature and carbonization time during carbonization. The optimum removal conditions of modified carbonized activated carbon for hexavalent chromium in wastewater were studied by adjusting the conditions(different carbonation activated carbon dosage, pH value and adsorption reaction time) in the adsorption process. The experimental results show that carbonization at 600 ℃ for 2.0 h is the best modification condition of activated carbon, modified carbonized activated carbon has the best effect on the removal of Cr(Ⅵ) from simulated wastewater when the dosage of modified carbonized activated carbon is 3.5 g, pH value is 2, the adsorption reaction time is 2.5 h, and the removal efficiency can reach 98.0%.
