摘要
利用月桂酰精氨酸盐(LAE)改性锂皂石制备具有可调壳的烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)Pickering乳液。通过静电吸附作用所制备的锂皂石/LAE络合物,在油水界面处形成致密颗粒膜和三维网格结构,并稳定球形AKD乳液。通过LAE浓度可以调节油/水界面处合成锂皂石的堆积密度,制备出具有可调节液滴直径、聚并稳定性和长时间耐水解性的AKD乳液。当LAE用量为0.12%、锂皂石用量1%时,所制备的AKD施胶乳液的施胶纸张接触角为126.6°,并在90 d内具有良好的施胶活性。锂皂石/LAE在AKD-水界面处具有抵抗相渗透性和耐水解性,为纸浆施胶剂的可生物降解和食品级Pickering乳化剂的制备和应用提供了崭新的途径。
The laponite modified by lauroyl arginine(LAE)was used to prepare the alkyl ketene dimer(AKD)Pickering emulsion with adjustable shell.The laponite/LAE complex prepared by electrostatic adsorption forms a dense particle film and a three-dimensional grid structure at the oil-water interface,which stabilize the spherical AKD emulsion.The LAE concentration can adjust the bulk density of the synthetic laponite at the oil/water interface to prepare an AKD emulsion with adjustable droplet diameter,coalescence stability and long-term hydrolysis resistance.When the amount of LAE is 0.12%with 1%dosage of laponite,the sizing paper sized by the prepared AKD Pickering emulsion shows a contact angle of 126.6°and a good sizing activity within 90 days.The Laponite/LAE complexes have phase permeability resistance and hydrolysis resistance at the AKD-water interface,providing a new way for the biodegradable pulp sizing agent and the preparation and application of food-grade Pickering emulsifiers.
