摘要
秋水仙碱能够阻断微管的聚合,同时抑制NOD样受体蛋白3炎症小体。基于以上机制,秋水仙碱可减少白细胞介素1β和白细胞介素18的产生。研究发现,长期应用秋水仙碱可降低慢性心血管事件和急性冠状动脉综合征的发生率。本文总结了秋水仙碱在冠心病应用中的新进展。
Colchicine can affect the aggregation of microtubules and at the same time inhibit the NOD-like receptor protein 3 inflammasome.Based on the above mechanism,colchicine reduces the production of interleukin 1βand interleukin 18.Studies have demonstrated that long-term use of colchicine can reduce the incidence of chronic cardiovascular events and acute coronary syndromes.This review summarizes the latest colchicine use in coronary artery disease.
