新疆某工程隧洞二衬混凝土质量控制措施研究

Study on Quality Control Measures of the Second Lining Concrete of a Tunnel in Xinjiang

阐述了新疆某电站枢纽厂坝间道路工程交通洞二衬混凝土质量控制过程,通过对施工过程中的原材料实施质量控制、配合比设计、施工过程管控,总结出骨料级配不稳定状况的隧洞二衬混凝土施工采取的质量控制措施并付诸实施,取得了较好的效果。

This paper explains the quality control process of the second lining concrete of the traffic tunnel between powerhouse and dam of one hydropower plant in Xinjiang.Through quality control of the raw materials during construction process,design of the mix ratio,and control of the construction process,quality control measures are summarized for the second lining concrete of tunnel with unstable aggregate gradation.These measures are implemented in the project and are well paid off.
