随着“一带一路”倡议的深入推进,在中国-中东欧国家17+1跨区域合作平台的带动下,欧洲的新能源工程市场已成为中欧经贸合作新的重要增长点。欧洲区域统一认证在欧盟市场属于强制性认证。从工程建设公司执行EPC项目总承包的角度出发,对CE认证的种类、适用范围、认证程序和模式、EPC项目认证管理方式等方面进行了介绍和探讨,可供EPC项目总承包的管理和执行人员参考。

With the advancing of the"One Belt and One Road"initiative,and led by the"17+1"trans-regional cooperation platform between China and CEEC(Central and Eastern European Countries),new energy project market in Europe has become a new growth point for China-EU economic and trade cooperation.unified certification is mandatory in the EU market,this paper,from the perspective of the EPC contractor,introduces the type of certification,application scope,certification process and modules,and certification management of EPC projects,etc.,which can be referenced by the management personnel of the EPC contractor.
