摘要
专业化分工要求管理人员必须越来越专业,同样的工作需要的管理人员越来越多。但在实际工作中管理人员的数量是有限的。因此,如何用有限的人员管理好项目是越来越多管理者思考的问题。对于工程建设项目而言,选择合适的管理模式至关重要。结合具体的工程项目,对跨专业分标段管理模式进行了探讨和分析。
Discipline division requires the management staff to be more and more professional,thus more and more management staff are needed for the same type of work.However,the number of management staff is limited,so project management with limited personnel is a problem that more and more managers are thinking about.An appropriate management mode is critical to the implementation of a project.This paper discusses and analyzes the project management mode based on individual bid sections involving multi-disciplinary.
