摘要
目的探讨低剂量对比剂对胸痛三联征患者一站式CT扫描图像质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的87例胸痛三联征患者为研究对象,随机分为2组,均接受一站式CT扫描,对照组43例给予常规剂量对比剂成像,观察组44例给予低剂量对比剂成像。比较2组患者胸部主动脉、冠状动脉、肺动脉的成像质量、CT参数[CT值、图像信噪比(SNR)]、诊断准确率、对比剂肾病(CIN)发生率差异。结果2组患者胸部主动脉、冠状动脉、肺动脉的成像质量、CT值、SNR、诊断准确率比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);观察组CIN的发生率明显低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取低剂量对比剂对胸痛三联征患者进行一站式CT扫描,有助于维持成像质量及诊断准确度,并减少CIN发生率,对改善患者诊疗体验有利。
Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose contrast agent on image quality of one-stop CT scan in patients with chest pain triad.Methods Totally 87 patients with chest pain triad who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,and all received one-stop CT scan.Forty-three cases in control group were given conventional-dose contrast agent imaging and 44 cases in observation group were given low-dose contrast agent imaging.The imaging quality of thoracic aorta,coronary artery and pulmonary artery,CT parameters[CT value,image signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)],diagnostic accuracy rate and incidence rate of contrast-induced nephropathy(CIN)were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the imaging quality of thoracic aorta,coronary artery and pulmonary artery,CT value,SNR and diagnostic accuracy rate between the two groups(all P>0.05).The incidence rate of CIN in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dose contrast agent in one-stop CT scan for patients with chest pain triad can help maintain the imaging quality and diagnostic accuracy and reduce the incidence rate of CIN,and it is beneficial to improve the diagnosis and treatment experience of patients.
