精益管理在医院管理中的应用效果及对管理质量的影响研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨精益管理在医院管理中的应用效果及对管理质量的影响。方法选择2018年3月—2020年3月医院医护人员92例为对象,根据时间点分为对照组(n=46,2018年3月—2019年2月)和观察组(n=46,2019年3月—2020年3月)。对照组采用常规方法管理,观察组在对照组基础上联合精益管理,3个月管理后对管理效果进行评估,比较两组满意度、管理质量及医护人员核心能力。结果观察组精益管理3个月后管理方法、管理内容、管理形式、服务态度及沟通技能满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组管理3个月后医院文化建设、奖惩机制、标杆效应、上报制度及沟通协调机制评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组伦理与法律实践评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组管理3个月后评判性思维和科研、临床护理、领导能力、人际关系、专业发展、教育与咨询评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精益管理用于医院管理中能提高管理质量,有助于提高医护人员管理满意度,提升其核心能力,能为患者提供优质的服务,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of lean management in hospital management and its influence on management quality.Methods 92 hospital medical staff from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as subjects and divided into control group(n=46,from March 2018 to February 2019)and observation group(n=46,from March 2019 to March 2020)according to time points.The control group was managed by conventional methods,while the observation group was combined with lean management based on the control group.After 3 months of management,the management effect was evaluated,and the satisfaction,management quality and core competence of medical staff were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction degree of management methods,management contents,management forms,service attitude and communication skills of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of hospital culture construction,reward and punishment mechanism,benchmarking effect,reporting system and communication and coordination mechanism in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant in the scores of ethics and legal practice between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of critical thinking,scientific research,clinical nursing,leadership,interpersonal relationship,professional development,education and consultation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of lean management in hospital management can improve the management quality,improve the management satisfaction of medical staff,enhance their core competence,and provide high-quality services for patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
