五色预警技术在高危孕产妇护理管理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Five-color Early Warning Technology in Nursing Management of High-risk Pregnant Women

目的分析在在高危孕产妇护理管理中五色预警技术的应用价值。方法随机选择92例2019年7—11月于本院接受诊治的高危孕产妇纳为试验对象,并将其按红蓝数字抽签法随机分为仅给予常规护理管理的对照组,以及在常规护理管理基础上应用五色预警技术进行全面护理管理的研究组,每组46例。对比分析两组孕产妇护理管理前后的情绪状态、心理状态变化情况、妊娠结局及护理好感度。结果两组高危孕产妇经相应护理管理后的情绪、心理状态均明显优于护理管理前,而研究组孕产妇护理管理后的上述指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组妊娠结局优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组孕产妇护理管理后的护理总好感度93.48%,明显高于对照组的78.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理管理的基础上采用五色预警技术对高危孕产妇进行综合护理管理,有利于在确保其持续保持良好身心状态的基础上进一步优化妊娠结局,同时还有利于优化护患关系,提升其对临床医护工作的好感度,减少医患纠纷,值得临床借鉴与推广。

Objective To analyze the application value of five-color early warning technology in nursing management of high-risk pregnant women.Methods A total of 92 cases of high risk of maternal accepted the diagnosis and treatment from July to November 2019 in our hospital were randomly selected as the experimental objects.The red and blue digital lottery method were used,and the patients were randomly divided into the control group by given routine nursing management only,and on the basis of routine nursing management applications,the study group used five-color early warning technology to conduct a comprehensive nursing management team,46 cases in each group.Compared and analyzed the emotional state,psychological state changes,pregnancy outcome and nursing affection of the two groups of pregnant women before and after nursing management.Results The mood and psychological state of high-risk pregnant women in the two groups after corresponding nursing management were significantly better than those before nursing management,and the above series of related indicators of pregnant women in the study group after nursing management were also significantly better than those in the control group,and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The Pregnancy outcomes in the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the total favorable impression of nursing of 93.48%in the study group,which was significantly higher than 78.26%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In routine nursing management on the basis of the five-color early warning technology for integrated nursing management of the high risk of maternal,help to ensure its continued to maintain good physical and mental state on the basis of further optimize pregnancy outcome,but also conducive to optimize the relationship between nurses and patients,improve their liking for clinical medical work,reduce the medical disputes,is worthy of reference for clinical and promotion.
