护理专案降低早产儿医源性皮肤损伤观察

Observation on Reducing Iatrogenic Skin Injury of Premature Infants by Nursing Project

目的观察护理专案在早产儿临床护理中应用,对降低医源性皮肤损伤的影响。方法按照随机数字表法选取儿科2016年1月—2019年1月收治的100例早产儿作为研究对象,并根据临床所应用的护理方法分为常规护理组与护理专案组,各50例,比较两组早产儿的医源性皮肤损伤发生率以及家属满意度。结果护理专案组医源性皮肤损伤发生率为8%,常规护理组医源性皮肤损伤发生率为26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理专案组早产儿家属的总满意率为98%,常规护理组早产儿家属的总满意率为72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早产儿临床护理时应用护理专案方法,能够明显降低早产儿医源性皮肤损伤发生率,且在某种程度上提高患儿家属对医院的满意度,值得临床深入观察。

Objective To observe the effect of nursing project on reducing iatrogenic skin injury in clinical nursing of premature infants.Methods According to the random number table method,100 cases of premature infants in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the research object,and according to the clinical nursing methods,they were divided into routine nursing group and nursing project group,50 cases in each group.The incidence of iatrogenic skin injury and family satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of iatrogenic skin injury in the nursing project group was 8%,and that in the routine nursing group was 26%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total satisfaction rate of the family members of premature infants in the nursing project group was 98%,and that in the routine nursing group was 72%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing project method in the clinical nursing of premature infants can significantly reduce the incidence of iatrogenic skin injury of premature infants,and to some extent improve the satisfaction of family members of children to the hospital,which is worthy of clinical in-depth observation.
